North West Mechanical Services are currently on site at NWRC Strand Road Campus Derry, carrying out upgrade works in the colleges’ plantroom.
NWMS along with its team of sub contractors are carrying out the following services –
- Asbestos removal from within Plantroom Fabric (qualified sub contractor)
- Disconnection and Removal of existing 2no gas fired boilers and associated pipework
- Removal of existing 250mm flue
- Installation of 2no new modulating Gas fired Boilers with associated pipework and insulation
- Installation of new flue
- alteration to existing Natural Gas line
