North West Mechanical Services are pleased to have been awarded the Mechanical Services Contract for the New Primark extension at their Flagship Store Castle St Belfast.

NWMS have been chosen by Main Contractor Lynskey Engineering to carry out the following services –

• Full Gas Installation
• Installation of Chilled Water system
• Domestic Hot & Cold Water Services Installation.
• Installation of LTHW Central Heating System
• Soils and Wastes ( Acoustically insulated time saver system)
• Full Boiler House & Roof Top External Plant including AHU & Chillers Installation.

North West Mechanical have just recently completed the initial enabling works and hope to begin on site on January 2018. This project is to run until September 2018.
