Having successfully completed phase 1 of HVAC upgrades work at Derry and Strabane district council offices, NWMS are progressing through phase 2 of this project, which includes –

  • Installation of New and relocation of existing VAV units for new offices.
  • Installation of New Ventilation and LTHW heating system to accommodate new offices.
  • Modifications to existing LTHW pipework incorporating new BMS control system upgrade.
  • Replacement of 200no Flexible hoses and associated 2 port and 3 port valves.
  • Pipe Insulation repair and replacement.
  • Disabled shower rooms installations.
